Ordering Information

Where do I start?
Ordering from us is easy. For your convenience we offer 3 different methods.
1) Use the online shopping basket and pay using a credit/debit card or Paypal.
2) Email us your order and post in a cheque or postal order. (not available to international customers)
3) Telephone us with your order and pay by credit/ debit card. We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Delta, Maestro, American Express, Mastercard.

How to order - paying by Credit/debit card
If you are paying by credit card then after choosing your items of purchase, simply click on the "add to basket" icon next to the picture of the item. Once you have done this, the item will be stored in your shopping basket. When finished, click on the shopping basket icon which you can find on the left hand side of each page. This will show you all the items you have chosen to purchase. Follow the instructions on screen to proceed with payment. You will receive an email from us confirming your purchase payment.

How to order - paying by cheque/postal order
If you are paying by cheque then after choosing your items of purchase, simply click on the "add to basket" icon next to the picture of the item. Once you have done this, the item will be stored in your shopping basket. When finished, click on the shopping basket icon which you can find on the left hand side of each page. This will show you all the items you have chosen to purchase. Follow the instructions on screen to proceed with the order. Post your cheque to the address below.You will receive an email from us confirming your stock request. We will also contact you confirming receipt and stock availability.

How to order - ordering over the telephone
Follow the online system using the shopping basket. Proceed through the checkout where you will find a telephone payment option.
Proceed with the order online and then call us on +44 (0)7951 649 881 with your credit card details. We will confirm stock availability and delivery times over the telephone. This service is available during office hours. outside of this time, please include a telephone number in your order for us to call you back or use an alternative payment method.
